I have this scooter, even though it's an '08 model I bought it "new" from a dealer. I've only had it about 6 months and I've had to buy a new battery because the voltage regulator/rectifier fried it. Of course I had to replace it also, so I have all ready spent $120.00+ now it has been sitting at the dealers because the water pump went bad "it is covered under the warranty" for a month waiting ...
