I have this scooter, even though it's an '08 model I bought it "new" from a dealer. I've only had it about 6 months and I've had to buy a new battery because the voltage regulator/rectifier fried it. Of course I had to replace it also, so I have all ready spent $120.00+ now it has been sitting at the dealers because the water pump went bad "it is covered under the warranty" for a month waiting for the parts to fix it which includes a seal that is on back order. I would recommend to anyone to spend the extra money and get a Honda or any other brand not "made in China" you will end up spending the money anyway and still not have a good reliable scooter, run don't walk away from CFMOTO!
