    Your Derailure needs to be adjusted. The cable is a little to tight and the chain is trying to get onto the next gear. Try turning the adjustment on the cable end just 1/4 turn at a time and see if it improves. If it gets worse try backing it off 1/4 turn at a time. It is normally a small adjustment that fixes these things.
